Reviews you can check.

A Trustpilot score tells you what customers think. A register check tells you a pharmacy is legal. Neither tells you what it's like to be a patient. These reviews close that gap: we go through a provider as a patient and document every step, with evidence.

In short

Pharmacy Score hosts genuine, documented, in-depth reviews of GPhC-verified UK pharmacies offering weight-loss treatments. Each review records the consultation, the prescribing checks, delivery, packaging and the real checkout total, with photographic evidence. Reviews cannot be bought, softened or removed.

First reviews in progress. We're documenting providers right now, the consultation, the prescriber's questions, the parcel, the real total. Each review lands here and on the provider's profile the moment it's finished. No pharmacy can pay for one, soften one, or take one down.

What every review documents.

  • The consultation: the questions asked, how long it took, what evidence was requested.
  • The prescribing checks: who reviewed it, how identity and history were handled, and whether anything felt rushed.
  • Delivery: courier (Royal Mail or DPD), tracking, dispatch speed, cold-chain where relevant.
  • Packaging: discretion, condition on arrival, temperature where relevant.
  • The real total: the checkout amount including delivery and any extras, against the advertised price.

The full standard is at how we review. Providers are chosen from our verified directory, a pharmacy has to be legal before it can be reviewed.

The official sources, in one place.

These are the bodies that actually regulate, appraise and advise. If anything you read anywhere (including here) disagrees with them, believe them.
