• Trustpilot scores re-collected for all 98 rated pharmacies from their public Trustpilot pages. Five scores moved: Boots Online Doctor 4.3 to 4.2, Medhut 4.6 to 4.3, Pharmacy2U 4.7 to 4.6, PhloClinic 4.7 to 4.6 and Slimmr 4.9 to 4.8. Review counts, ranks and the scores table now reflect the new figures. GPhC register checks are unchanged from 24 September.
• Boots Online Doctor now sits in Trustpilot’s Great band at 4.2.

• Trustpilot scores re-collected for all 99 pharmacies from their public Trustpilot pages. Eleven scores had moved since August, and every rank on the site now reflects the new figures.
• Zava: we linked the wrong Trustpilot profile (www.zavamed.com, 3 reviews). The UK profile at zavamed.com/uk shows 4.5 from 13,695 reviews.
• Superdrug Online Doctor: we linked onlinepharmacy.superdrug.com (154 reviews). The main profile at onlinedoctor.superdrug.com shows 4.5 from 36,172 reviews.
• Pills2U: we linked the old pharmaestheticscentral.com profile. The current pills2u.co.uk profile shows 4.5 from 147 reviews.
• Treated: we showed a score from the Austrian site at.treated.com. The UK profile has no reviews yet, so Treated now shows Not yet rated and sits outside the ranking.
• Rating bands now follow Trustpilot’s own scale. A score of 4.3 or above is Excellent, and several pharmacies at 4.3 carried the wrong label of Great.
• The scores page said 105 pharmacies were listed. The correct figure is 99.
• Voy: provider summary updated. Manual rebranded as Voy in 2026, and Voy no longer advertises a personal health coach or member community.
• Boots Online Doctor: provider summary updated. Doctors and nurse prescribers review consultations as well as pharmacists, the in-store service now runs in more than 60 stores, and free aftercare needs six months on treatment first.
• Numan: provider summary updated. We removed a history claim Numan’s own site does not make.
• The footer operator link now points to pharmacywatch.org.uk.

• GPhC premises numbers re-checked for every listed pharmacy, against each company’s own website and the live GPhC register. Ten were wrong:
• Farmeci: 9011790 replaced by 9012851. The old number belongs to My London Pharmacy on Newman Street. Farmeci publishes 9012851, the Greenford premises of the same owner.
• Hey Slim: 9012739 replaced by 9012415. The old number belongs to Panmedica Pharmacy, an unrelated business. Hey Slim dispenses through Premier Chemist.
• Zava: 9011147 replaced by 9012701. Zava now publishes the Milton Keynes premises of Health Bridge Limited.
• PharmacyOnline: 9011756 replaced by 9011378. The old number returns no entry on the GPhC register.
• Lotus Weight Loss: 9010938 replaced by 9013068. The old number belongs to Pharmalogic. Lotus dispenses through Onescript, owned by Blueco Healthcare.
• Voy: 9012134 replaced by 9012909. The old number belongs to Manual Pharmacy, a sister brand. Voy holds a registration of its own.
• Happy Pharmacy: 9012585 replaced by 9013192. The pharmacy moved to Maidstone. Its own site labels 9012585 as the previous number.
• Pills2U: 9012634 replaced by 9013275. The pharmacy moved to Altrincham and publishes the new number.
• Oushk Pharmacy: 9012610 replaced by 9013104. The pharmacy moved to Stockport and publishes the new number.
• Assured Pharmacy: 1121967 replaced by 9013252. The pharmacy publishes its Eccles premises, not the Wilmslow one.
• Shape8 removed from the directory. Shape8 publishes no GPhC premises number, and the number we showed (1124246) belongs to BSB Pharmacy in Birmingham.
• The ranking table skipped rank 98 and used rank 100 twice. Fixed.
