Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is Eli Lilly's established weekly injection — dual GIP/GLP-1 action, with trial weight-loss figures around 20%+. Foundayo (orforglipron) is the same company's daily tablet, newer to market, with trial figures around 12–14% at the highest dose.
Mounjaro is on sale across GPhC-registered UK pharmacies today, with live prices tracked below. Foundayo was licensed by the MHRA on 10 August 2026 — the UK is the first country in Europe to approve it — and rolls out to pharmacies over the coming weeks, with pre-orders already open at some providers.
