Voy is the weight-loss service of Menwell Ltd. The business started in 2019 as Manual, added weight loss in 2023 and now trades as Voy. The UK is the main market, and the company has also operated in Brazil since 2021.
Voy sells a programme, not a prescription on its own. The Voy app tracks your progress and lets you message the clinical team, and Voy offers an AI assistant called Joy. Voy also runs a money-back guarantee: a refund if you lose less than 10% of your starting body weight within 180 days of first delivery.
