Both Mounjaro and Wegovy pens are stored in the fridge at 2 to 8°C before use, kept in the original carton to protect them from light. Never freeze them, a frozen pen is a wasted pen, even if it thaws.
Room temperature windows
Life isn't lived next to a fridge, and the leaflets allow for that. Mounjaro can be kept out of the fridge for up to 30 days at no more than 30°C; for Wegovy the window is up to 28 days. Once a pen has been out that long, it should be discarded rather than re-chilled. Your pen's leaflet is the final word, check it, because the rules differ slightly by product and formulation.
Tablets are simpler
The Wegovy pill and Foundayo need no refrigeration at all, a cupboard away from moisture and heat is fine.
