Weight-loss medication travels fine with a little planning. The three things that matter: temperature, documentation, and timing.
Flying
Keep pens in hand luggage, hold baggage can freeze. Airport security allows injectable medication; carrying it in the original packaging with the pharmacy label, plus a copy of your prescription or order confirmation, avoids awkward conversations. A small insulated cool bag with a gel pack covers the journey (both pens tolerate room temperature for weeks, see storage rules).
At the destination
Hotel room fridges are usually fine; ask at reception if not. Tablets (the Wegovy pill and Foundayo) need none of this.
Timing
If your dose day falls mid-travel, the missed-dose windows give you slack: four days for Mounjaro, five for Wegovy. Order well before a trip, dispatch takes a few working days, and nobody's holiday improved by a courier chase.
